Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to betli. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and betli governing your access to and use of betli.pro, including all betting, live casino gaming, slots, crash games, and related services provided through the platform. By accessing betli.pro, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the betli platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. To open and maintain a betli account and use any betli service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betli strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being) and not a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an existing betli account. betli permits only one account per player. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of betli or any of betli's affiliated companies or technology partners.

Account Registration and Security

When registering a betli account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update your registration details whenever they change. betli may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time betli deems appropriate. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify betli immediately via live chat at betli.pro if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Each player may hold only one betli account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions and carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear.

Deposits and Withdrawals

betli accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through supported Bangladesh mobile banking services. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the betli platform:

• The minimum deposit at betli is ৳100. betli reserves the right to apply transaction limits to any account at its discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. betli does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• betli targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for fully verified accounts. During periods of high volume, processing may take longer. betli is not liable for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• betli reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued photo identification and proof of mobile banking account ownership.
• Deposits that have not been used for betting activity and are subject to a withdrawal request within 24 hours of deposit may be subject to an administrative review. betli may decline withdrawal requests where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

betli offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section and to any additional promotion-specific terms communicated alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all applicable bonus terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any part of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• betli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including altering wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game categories.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or any other means is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within your betli account. Real-money funds are used for wagering first unless you specifically elect to use bonus funds.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from your account without compensation.

Gameplay and Fair Play

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on betli, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports. Specific sport and market rules may supplement these general rules where applicable.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• betli reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where betli has reason to believe the integrity of the market has been compromised or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In the absence of a specific rule, bets on abandoned matches will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets on betli. betli reserves the right to limit winnings on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.
• Obvious errors in odds, lines, or market descriptions (palpable errors) will be corrected by betli. Bets placed on markets affected by palpable errors may be voided. betli's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betli and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time when information is requested by betli.
• Using the betli platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. betli complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which betli offers betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the betli platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software fault are void and will be removed from the account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee bonus conversion.

Account Suspension and Termination

betli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or of any promotion-specific terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by betli.
• Request by the player to self-exclude or close their own account under betli's Responsible Gaming policy.

However, betli is not obligated to provide advance notice of any amendment, and your continued use of betli.pro following any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using betli.pro and to close your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.
